Our miniature mountain dulcimers are smaller 3-string versions of the Juniper, Teardrop and June Apple models. The difference in the sizes is pictured at left. These instruments are very light and portable, child- or backpack-sized, and are capable of being tuned to higher scales because of their shorter fretboards. Because the building techniques are the same, the cost of the instruments is close to that of the full-scale model.
