JUNE APPLE MOUNTAIN DULCIMER
This is an hourglass shaped dulcimer contoured in the Huntington, WV tradition. Our most popular model and known for well balanced treble and bass tones, this model features heart-shaped soundholes handcarved into a bookmatched top of Western red cedar. Matched black walnut sides are steam bent and seasoned. A thin decorative wooden strip is inlayed on the center seam of a perfectly bookmatched black walnut back. Custom order without the back inlay would be $10 less.
This model may be custom ordered with any of these additional options:
- Round soundholes instead of handcarved hearts ($20 less than original instrument price)
- Solid cherry, walnut, sycamore, or Ambrosia maple body and top (no extra charge)
- Any above listed solid wood body with Western red cedar top (no extra charge)
